Block Property Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team in St Albans as a Block Manager! We’re looking for an experienced, proactive professional with a strong background in residential property management. If you’re organised, have great communication skills, and are passionate about delivering high standards for clients, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee the daily management of residential blocks, ensuring properties are well-maintained.
*Manage service charge budgets, maintenance, and repairs.
*Lead Section 20 consultations for major works projects
*Act as the main point of contact for residents, handling enquiries and building strong relationships.
*Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and other relevant legislation.
