Job Description
*Customer Service Executive 
*£30,000 pa 
*Monday to Friday 8.30pm to 5pm 
*Based in Oldbury 
*Permanent position 
*24 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays pa 
*Providing customer facing business to business (B2B) customer service
*Sales administration and sales support including customer triage
*Working on renewals and quotes to new and existing customers
*Complaint handling and resolution management
Qualifications
Essential Experience:
*Customer Service qualification / formal training in a related discipline
*Relevant degree or industry qualification
*Full Driving License for use in the UK
*Microsoft Office experience - with a focus on excel
