Job Description:
We are seeking an Accounts Receivables team member for an exciting opportunity within the Energy & Natural Resources industry in Edinburgh.
Hybrid working, 3 days office, 2 days from home

Description
*Manage and maintain the Oracle financial system.
*Ensure prompt payment of invoices and accurate recording of transactions.
*Manage customer queries and disputes regarding invoices.
*Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on accounts receivables.
*Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals.
*Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer details in the system.
*Participate in financial audits.
*Assist with other accounting tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Accounts Receivables candidate should have:
*A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
*Proficiency in Oracle or similar financial software.
*Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent communication skills for managing customer queries and disputes.
*Ability to work well within a team and independently.
