Job Description:
The FP&A Manager role is an integral part of the Finance team in Leeds. This position requires a driven individual with strong financial planning and analytical skills, poised to contribute significantly to our team. You will take ownership of the forecasting and budget processes, and will partner with stakeholders across the business.

Description
*Lead the quarterly forecasting process
*Deliver insightful financial reports to facilitate strategic decision making.
*Work closely with different teams to understand and improve business performance.
*Conduct detailed financial analysis to support key business initiatives.
*Implement and maintain financial systems and processes to improve efficiency.
*Engage in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling activities.
*Manage a finance analyst to ensure high performance.
*Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
*Lead financial change projects
*Support M&A activities by providing financial modelling and analysis
*Develop and maintain advanced financial models
Profile
A successful FP&A Manager should have:
*Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
*Proven experience in financial planning and analysis
*Strong analytical skills and ability to handle complex data.
*Excellent leadership skills with a track record of supporting junior team members
*Proficiency in financial systems and software.
*Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial data effectively.

*A competitive salary ranging between £55,000 and £60,000 (flex doe) plus excellent bonus and benefits.
