Are you a Wealth Management professional who is looking for a new administration role?

We’re delighted to have partnered with an award-winning independent financial advisory firm that is actively expanding its IFA Administration Team! Highly regarded within the industry, our client has built an outstanding reputation for delivering bespoke advice and wealth planning expertise to clients across the UK.

If you are a detailed-orientated professional with a passion for financial planning and client service, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:
*Providing support to the financial advisers and paraplanners of the business, such as being first point of contact for the clients
*Prepare meeting and review packs for the advisers
*Processing new business applications and all ongoing administration for existing clients
*Updating and managing the back office system (X-Plan)

What you need to apply:
*2+ Years IFA Administration experience
*Effective communication skills and capable of working in a busy environment
*Experience in speaking with clients and providers on the adviser’s behalf
