Overview:
Working with one of the world’s leading speciality in risk management, you will be working amongst a talented team of Payroll and Benefits Professionals known for their innovative approach and commitment to supporting clients and society in times of need.
The role:
As the Payroll and Benefits Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
*Assisting the Payroll and Benefits Team with the outsourced monthly payroll
*Liaising with external payroll providers to process all entity payrolls of high volumes
*You will be working alongside the external payroll providers to ensure that payroll processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner
*Supporting the other departments to complete monthly payroll reconciliations, payroll deductions to HMRC and other third parties
*Acting as a main point of contact for all queries relating to payroll and benefits
*Building relationships with international stakeholders and taking ownership of any team projects
*Assisting with payroll and benefits data, producing P11Ds for the UK
*Ensuring payroll processes comply with Internal Audit compliance standards, JSOX/ISO requirements as required
Skills and experience:
You will ideally tick some of the following boxes:
*Strong experience with in-house end-to-end UK payroll
*Knowledge of EMEA payrolls
*Exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
*Excellent communication skills
*Shows initiative and proactivity by making and suggesting improvements to processes
*Good team working and vendor management
Responsibilities Proven experience of end-to-end UK Payroll experience with good organisation and prioritisation skills.
Desired Experience Experience within the Professional Services Environment with CIPP qualifications or equivalent.
