The Job:
On behalf of our client we are seeking an Assistant Business Support Executive to join their team in central Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to take the next step in your career. The role involves providing a professional, efficient, and reliable support service to team. Your role will be to ensure the smooth day to day running of the office. You will be responsible for organising meeting rooms, greeting external guests and general administration duties.
Responsibilities will include:
*Assisting with client enquiries/taking messages/servicing meetings
*Document preparation and production
*Record keeping and electronic file management
*Event organisation and diary management, including travel and meeting arrangements
*Broad range of general administration duties
The Person:
This role will suit someone that is really looking to kick start their career and has the drive and determination to succeed. Ideally you will have some office experience, excellent organisational skills, and strong initiative. A professional and pro-active attitude is essential. You should demonstrate the ability to work proactively, both in teams and remotely, have strong communication skills, an excellent attention to detail and an ability to manage your own workload and prioritise tasks efficiently. Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages is essential.
