Job Description:
Role: Family Paralegal
Salary: £23,000 - £30,000
Location: Ilford
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm

Reed Legal are delighted to be recruiting on the behalf of a medium-sized, corporate law firm that is looking to make a new addition to their family department.
Duties
*Assisting Solicitors with case preparation, including drafting legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence.
*Conducting legal research and gathering relevant information for cases.
*Managing case files and maintaining accurate records.
*Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
*Scheduling appointments, hearings, and depositions.
*Preparing trial exhibits and organizing evidence.
*Providing general administrative support to the legal team.
*Attending client meetings and taking notes.
*Creating bundles including ES1 forms, ES2 forms and statements of issues.
*Drafting court applications and liaising with the court.
Experience
*Minimum 1 years experience working as a Family Paralegal
*Experience in both private family law and legal aid desirable
*Law degree or Paralegal qualification
*Strong understanding of family law procedures and court rules
*Excellent written and verbal communication skill
