Customer Service Administrator
Chelmsford
£28k - £30k per annum
Permanent/Full Time (5 Days a week in the office)

Our client, located in Chelmsford, is on the lookout for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their sales team.
Successful applicants must have a minimum of 3 years experience within an office-based customer service role and have experience of dealing with customers over the phone, providing an exceptional service.

Duties & Responsibilities:
*Responding promptly and assisting with customer queries via email, phone and live chat.
*Processing orders
*Set up and verification of new customer accounts
*Greeting visitors
*Maintaining customer database
*Recording details of enquiries
*Communicating with internal departments
*General office admin duties
Your Background:
*Minimum 3 years’ customer service experience.
*Experience within the Manufacturing industry is beneficial.
*Excellent customer service.
*Handling and resolving problems or experience scheduling.
*Able to multi-task and prioritise.
*Able to deal calmly and effectively with customers and bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion.
