Job Description:
We’re looking for an experienced Tree Surgeon to join a team of skilled arborists. Whether you’re pruning majestic oaks or felling challenging trees, this is your chance to make a real impact while working in a supportive and safety-focused company.
What you’ll be doing:
*Tree Maintenance: Perform pruning, thinning, felling, and shaping to maintain trees.
*Climbing: Use advanced climbing techniques and equipment to carry out work at height safely.
*Ground Operations: Safely operate and maintain chainsaws, chippers, and other tools.
*Safety First: Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards, protecting yourself, your team, and the public.
*Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, advising them on tree care and management.
What we’re looking for:
*Experience: Previous hands-on experience in arboriculture and a strong understanding of tree health and safety standards.
*Driving License: A full UK driving license (Ideal, but if you don’t drive this can be worked around)
*Physical Fitness: A love for working outdoors in all weather conditions and a high level of physical fitness.
*Team Player: A positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with others.
