Are you an experienced Baker or Bakery Manager with NVQ 5 or City & Guilds qualifications in baking? Do you want a career change into a front line sales role selling high quality dough processing machinery into the bakery market?
 
BASIC SALARY: up to £60,000

LOCATION:Home based you will be covering Southern England (South of Birmingham) & South Wales

This is a home based front line Areas Sales Manager role taking over an established and on target sales area selling high value and quality dough processing machinery to the bakery market looking to grow turnover year on year.
 
Full technical support and both sales training & ongoing sales support will be offered to the successful candidate.
 
PERSON SPECIFICATION: Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Baker, Bakery Manager- processing machinery, bakery machinery, PPMA
 
· You MUST be an experienced Baker or Bakery Manager, ideally having managed in a retail bakery setting.
· You WILL be a qualified Baker with at least NVQ 5 or City & Guilds level qualifications.
· You will be willing to work autonomously after training and be prepared to travel and stay away from home as required by the role to cover the area with occasional trips to European Head Office.

A well established worldwide market leading European manufacturer of bakery equipment specifically dough processing, sheeting, shaping & cutting machinery sold to both industrial and retail bakeries from small artisan bakeries up to selling directly and indirectly to the major supermarkets. You will be working for their UK sales & Service office.
