Job Description:
Role Overview
Full time position supporting the central Rural Professional Team.
Key Responsibilities
*Providing full administrative support
*Undertaking due diligence enquiries such as Land Registry, planning and comparable information searches
*Preparing draft Valuation reports
*Raising fee accounts and maintaining debtor management for the team
*Dealing directly with clients, over the telephone, taking messages and occasionally face to face
*Diary management, including internal and external meetings, travel and hotel bookings when required
*Processing all instructions in a accurate and timely manner
*Updating and/or producing schedules, spreadsheets, presentations, reports and correspondence
*Assisting with general administration within the office
Key Skills
*Strong proof reading and attention to detail skills are essential to this role
*Proven organisational skills
*Excellent time management
*Ability to multitask and to work accurately and effectively under pressure
*Accurate typing skills
*Reliable and able to handle confidential matters
*Strong written and verbal communication skills both within Savills and externally with clients
Team Overview
The successful candidate will provide support to the central rural professional team which includes a Director and Associate as well as occasionally supporting the wider professional team in the region.
