Any of the following desirable - AWS, DevOps, IaC, CI/CD,
An AI company in Edinburgh are looking for a recent graduate within IT to play a key role in operationalising AI solutions to support real-time and batch-based use cases.
This role will be similar to that of a DevOps/ SysAdmin role within the Machine Learning domain.
You will gain hands-on experience in deploying, monitoring, and optimising ML workflows in the cloud, primarily using AWS services.
Requirements:
*Strong familiarity with Linux operating systems, including shell scripting and basic command-line
*Understanding of networking best practices, including concepts like VPCs, subnetting, load balancing, and firewalls.
*Basic knowledge of security and access management principles, such as managing IAM roles, permissions, and security groups in cloud environments.
Nice to have (NOT essential at all):
*Knowledge of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM) and an understanding of DevOps principles.
*Basic understanding of python and object oriented programming
*Exposure to CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD)
*Familiarity with containerisation (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, AWS ECS).
