Job Description:
UK Business Development Manager
£50,000 - £60,000 + 20% Bonus + Car
Home-based with UK travel
Elevation Recruitment are working with a global plastic packaging manufacturing company, where you will play a key role to expand their business within the UK.
Our client sells custom-designed products predominantly into Food and Beverage manufacturers, so the ideal candidate will come from industries related to Packaging or F&B manufacturing.
This is a key role so we need someone with bags of energy and self-motivation!
Main responsibilities:
*Developing new business opportunities and extending the existing customers portfolio
*Selling the full range of products in all market segments integrating a real industrial and lobby approach
*Ensuring the development of strategic accounts
*Being able to uncover, built and justify customer needs
*Preparing quotes, working closely with the engineering department
Requirements:
*A proven track record in B2B sales within a manufacturing group
*Be able to identify opportunities, develop leads, close deals
*Cultural awareness, flexible with high reactivity
*An excellent communicator and great people skills, with the ability to work on own initiative
*In depth understanding of commercial drivers and the ability to apply
*Driven to succeed and highly self-motivated while working within a European sales team
*A full clean driving licence
