Job Description:
The HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing the strategic people agenda for a leading FTSE 250 Business near picturesque Snowdonia.

Description
*Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business strategy.
*Support current and future business needs through talent management and succession planning.
*Nurture a positive working environment and uphold the company’s culture and values.
*Manage the full employee life cycle
*Manage and lead on change management initiatives
*Take the lead on all Employee Relations as well as any Tupe needs
*Drive the annual people processes (performance review, annual salary review, bonus review, people and position review including succession planning, and employee engagement survey)
*Independently managing and leading organisational change projects by providing change management strategies, stakeholder analysis and defining and implementing communications.
*Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Profile
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
*Degree in Human Resources or related field.
*Proven experience in an HR Business Partner role.
*Knowledge of HR systems and metrics.
*Proven experience as an HR professional with track record of handling ER cases
*Track record of delivering results such as developing and implementing new approaches to policy and process or implementing fresh approaches to organisational problems
*Project Management skills
*Commercially astute
*Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills - able to influence and persuade others and deliver success through others
