Customer Service Advisor
Reading, Hybrid / £20,000 - £24,000 / Permanent

My client, a leader in their market, are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their rapidly growing team. This is a permanent position paying up to £24,000 and offering a hybrid working option.

The successful candidate will have experience liaising with clients and a minimum of 6 months office experience.

The role
*Deliver world class customer service over email and telephone to both internal and external customers
*Processing customer orders on the internal database and keep customers updated along the way
*Acting as first point of contact for any queries and transferring calls to the correct department
*General administration including but not limited to data entry, filing, counting incoming mail etc

Essential Skillset
*Previous call handling experience is desirable
*Previous office experience is essential
*Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
*Proficient with Microsoft packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
*Highly organised
