Description
The Group Financial Controller will be responsible for:
*Implement, refined and define the control environment
*Group payroll and AP
*Preparation of the group monthly management accounts
*Balance sheet controlling
*Lead on the production of the statutory accounts & report and year-end audit
*Cash Management
*Responsible for the Tax compliance
*M&A accounting and integration
*Finance transformation
Profile
The successful Group Financial Controller will be:
*A fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA), ideally from a Top Practice.
*Demonstrable experience in a group environment
*Multi-currency consolidation experience
*Strong Excel skills
*Able to lead and mentor a small finance team
*Private Equity backed company experience would be advantageous
