Lighting Repair Technician
High Wycombe
Salary: £34,000 - £37,000
Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:30 Monday - Friday
Benefits: Bonuses, 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, sick pay, flexible hours, pension

About the Role: As a Lighting Repair Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing entertainment lighting and video equipment. You will diagnose issues, troubleshoot, and perform component level repairs on a variety of lighting fixtures, consoles, and AV equipment.
Duties: *Service and repair entertainment lighting and audio visual equipment in the workshop.
*Raise lists of spare parts and consumables required to the procurement team.
*Diagnose issues and troubleshoot problems with moving lights, lighting consoles, and LED lighting fixtures.
*Perform component level repair and soldering as needed.
*Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in lighting technology.
*Attend manufacturer training events.
*Maintenance of tools and workshop equipment.
*Adhere to health and safety policies.
Experience / Skills Required: *Experience within a service/repair role in entertainment lighting or a similar field.
*Strong knowledge of DMX, Artnet, moving lights, lighting consoles, and LED lighting fixtures.
*Relevant degree or qualification in electronics would be highly beneficial.
*Experience with crimping and soldering.
*Component level repair experience would be highly beneficial.

*Bonuses paid twice a year - up to £5,000 on top of the above salary.
