Job Title: Trainee Valuer
Location: Nuneaton
Basic:£23,000-£24,00 - OTE £35,000 - £40,000+ (uncapped)
Hours: Mon-Fri9am-5:30pm
Weekends: Every other Saturday 9am-12:30pm

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Valuer to join a long-established, well-respected, award-winning Estate Agent in Nuneaton.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in property valuation and the estate agency industry. You will receive full training and mentorship from experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in the property valuation process.
Responsibilities for this Sales Valuer role will include:
*Assist/Conducting valuations
*Selling Professional Photography
*Putting properties on and updating the CRM system
*Creating write-ups
*Creation of system to follow up on previous valuations
*Prepare valuation reports and present findings to senior valuers and clients
*Assist with administrative duties, including maintaining accurate records of property valuations.
*Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance valuation knowledge and skills.
Skills & Experience for this Sales Valuer role:
*6+ months Estate Agency experience required
*Presentable & confident when meeting new clients
*Confident in front of a camera to record property videos
*Creating new leads
*Ability to identify opportunities for Conveyancing & Mortgage referrals
*A genuine passion for the property market and a desire to build a career in estate agency.
Training & Development:

You will receive structured training and mentorship to develop the skills needed for property valuation. This will include classroom learning, on-the-job training, and potential external qualifications in property and valuation.
