Job Description:
We have partnered with a highly successful, global company who pride themselves on building strong relationships with their clients who are recruiting for a Finance Manager to join the team within a client site located in Northampton. This role is on an temp to perm basis and is based on site.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of two, building a positive relationship with the wider finance function, providing financial support to the business leaders, planning cycles with a monthly client rolling forecast, as well as weekly / monthly reporting and leading internal and external budgeting.
Ideally you will:
*Be a qualified or studying accountant with experience in management accounting, financial accounting and business partnering.
*Be flexible and adaptable within this role, able to effectively accommodate requests and changes throughout the month.
*Be an approachable person, with confident communication skills to support you in leading the team and providing financial support.
*Have good knowledge of fixed assets accounting and related processes.
