Job Description:
We are looking for an experience Vehicle Damage Assessor to join our team in Worthing.

Main accountabilities as Vehicle Damage Assessor:
*Accurately and professionally assess a wide range of vehicles
*Calculate costings and the time required to complete all necessary repairs
*Creating estimates for vehicles that go through the Bodyshop using Audatex
*Liaising with Technicians (Panel/Paint/MET/SMART) and Site Managers
*Negotiate estimates and discuss claim related issues with engineers when required
*To identify opportunities for non-insurance related repairs
*To conduct mobile and drive by estimates
*Record all estimate / repair information on the Autoflow system
*Provide customers with estimates according to guidelines, including price and time
*Ensuring customer satisfaction scores are maintained
*Communicate with customers to provide repair information and an indication of completion time
*Compile all relevant information and complete supporting documentation
*Able to keep up to date with complex and technical product information
*Invoicing and assisting with administration
To assist other team members as and when required
*Monitor progress of the vehicle through the repair process
Key skills to be successful as our new Vehicle Damage Assessor:
*ATA qualification desirable
*Audatex experience desirable
*Planning and organisational skills
*Customer service skills - experience of delivery high quality service to customers
*Team player
*Strong communication skills
*PC literate
