Job Description:
This role requires a focused and proactive Sustainability Manager to oversee the execution of my clients sustainability strategy. The incumbent will drive strategic and operational decisions, ensuring the company’s sustainability goals are met.

Description
*Lead and execute sustainability initiatives within the department.
*Drive strategic and operational decisions in line with sustainability goals.
*Ensure compliance with sustainability standards and regulations.
*Develop and implement sustainability policies and best practices.
*Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate sustainability into business operations.
*Monitor, report and communicate sustainability performance and impacts.
*Manage stakeholder relationships on sustainability matters.
*Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in sustainability.
Profile
A successful Sustainability Manager should have:
· Three years’ work experience in ESG/sustainability
· Ten+ years in a management role including leadership and advisory responsibility
· TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Environmental Sustainability
· Exceptional stakeholder skills, working collaboratively across matrix organisations
· Experience in change / management, adaptable and highly alert to changing situations
· Strong analytical skills with attention to details and technicalities
