Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting acute stroke team at St Peter’s Hospital
*Deliver high-quality physiotherapy care to patients within the Stroke & Neuro department.
*Assess, plan, and implement physiotherapy interventions based on individual patient needs.
*Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
*Provide mentorship and support to junior staff and students.
*Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to service development.
Requirements:
*HCPC registered Physiotherapist with relevant experience in Stroke and Neuro settings.
*Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Excellent communication and organizational skills.
*Demonstrable commitment to continuing professional development.
