Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Off-Plan Sales Consultant to join our small, dynamic team based in Central Birmingham
Key Responsibilities:
*Sell off-plan luxury properties to high-net-worth individuals
*Build and maintain strong client relationships
*Work with internal teams to deliver tailored investment solutions
*Meet and exceed sales targets with a focus on high-value transactions
Ideal Candidate:
*Proven experience in off-plan property sales, preferably in the luxury market
*Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
*Experience with international clients is a plus
