Job Description:
Are you a qualified and experienced teacher looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for teaching Early Years Children? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled EYFS teachers for schools in Birmingham to cover Short-Term, Long- Term and Day-to-Day Placements.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
* Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to Reception students.
* Assess student progress, provide feedback, and record observations in line with school policies.
* Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that supports the development of each child.
* Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a supportive learning community.
* Uphold the school’s values and maintain a safe and respectful classroom environment.
* Contribute to the wider school community through participation in meetings, events, and professional development active
* ties.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS.)
* Experience teaching in Reception / Early Years.
* A solid understanding of the curriculum and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire young learners.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
* The ability to plan and deliver creative and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the students.
* Effective assessment and record-keeping skills to track student progress.
