The Role:
*Delivering comprehensive HR support to the team, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of policies, procedures, and legislation.
*Assisting in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with overall business strategy.
*Providing guidance on HR matters, including but not limited to, performance management, employee relations, and recruitment.
*Maintaining up-to-date records of personnel-related data.
*Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR requirements.
*Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
*Promoting a positive company culture and improving overall employee morale.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
*Previous experience in a similar role.
*Ideally CIPD Level 5, degree, or equivalent
*Comprehensive knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Outstanding organisational and leadership skills.
*Adeptness in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
*Competency in MS Office and HR software.
