Are you an experienced Business Developer with a passion for engaging customers and driving growth? This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting the growth of Commercial Insurance and Financial Services with Our Client, a reputable and forward-thinking organisation.
The Role of Business Development Coordinator
In this integral position, your expertise in generating leads, qualifying customer prospects, and providing high-quality administrative support will be invaluable. Acting as the central point of contact for Client queries and liaising closely with the Sales Manager, you’ll contribute directly to the success of the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Creating and implementing targeted marketing campaigns aligned with a defined contact strategy
*Making outbound calls, sending emails, and initiating other communications to engage prospective customers and enhance the company’s profile within the local community
*Managing customer queries related to Commercial products and supporting the team with lead qualification
While you won’t be required to hold insurance qualifications or provide advice to customers, your contribution will be vital in creating opportunities for growth
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
*A background in business development or a similar customer-focused role ideally within Insurance or Financial Services
*Charisma and the ability to build strong relationships with people
*Excellent time management and organisational skills
*A proactive mindset, ready to engage customers and demonstrate the value of our client’s products
*A willingness to learn, enthusiasm for new challenges, and problem-solving capabilities
*Strong IT literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications like Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
