Job Description:
My client is a multi-discipline engineering group who supports the industrial, infrastructure, commercial and service sectors with a unique range of contracting and rotating machine services as well as developing and providing support products offered through the group of companies.
Key Responsibilities & Accountability
*Effective management of all operational requirements and programming to ensure best practice and continuity including responsibility of operational resource levels
*Be financially accountable for projects, manage operational workforce, including sub-contractors, ensuring that the work is adequately instructed and communicated
*Provide quotations, estimates, purchase materials and provide technical assistance and support to colleagues in the preparation of quotes and tenders
*Carry out inspection audits and visit, attend client meetings, ensure excellent customer services and achievement of KPI’s including customer satisfaction, first time fix, productivity, and financial targets
*Develop relationships with new & existing clients to ensure repeated business
*Manage health & safety ensuring works are carried out safely and that reasonable and practical measures are taken to maintain the safety of all involved
*Ensure compliance with all Company Policies. Particular attention is drawn to the requirement to manage operational delivery in accordance with the Companies Safety Rules
*Assisting the Business Manager with any other duties as and when required
Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes
The successful applicant will possess:
*Experience of working on electrical systems on industrial sites
*Knowledge of Electrical distribution systems
*Experience of dealing with contractors
*Knowledge of electrical systems on commercial sites
*Positive attitude to safety
