Job Description:
Due to planned growth my client is looking to strengthen its sales force with the key appointment of an individual to cover South East England and London. You will responsible for the development of sales of Floorcoverings products to the Social Housing and New Build Housing sector within the defined geographical area.
You will be required to form a close working relationship with your key customers at all levels, this coupled with working closely with your distribution base to manage the supply chain for ongoing projects.

Key Skills/Experience Required:
The ideal candidate will have experience working within the Floorcoverings, KBB or Ceramics sector and have a working knowledge of the leading Housing Association, Housebuilders, Specifiers and Contractors within the geographical area.
Key Points:
*To identify, secure and manage social and new build projects on the territory and deliver the budgeted sales required.
*Work closely with your distribution base to manage the supply chain for ongoing projects via forecasting and ensuring stock is in place to meet required delivery targets.
*Implement the company pricing strategy in housing and distribution.
*To support distributors sales teams, internal and external, and ensure program of product training and promotions are implemented.
*To provide market intelligence concerning competition, distribution, product trends, standards, etc.
Ideally you will have the following skills;
Collaborative in approach - a team player, end goal focused, persistent - ability to work towards longer term objectives, strong verbal ability - able to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels, organised, self motivated, numerate and analytical, ability to work autonomously and in team environment.
