About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Due Diligence Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in assessing the operational risks associated with our external investment managers. Your responsibilities will include:
*Conducting in-depth operational due diligence reviews on both new and existing investment managers.
*Evaluating operational and structural risks, including ESG-related factors such as greenwashing.
*Analysing investment strategies and assessing their alignment with stated objectives.
*Preparing comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to the investment committee and other key stakeholders.
*Monitoring regulatory changes and their potential impact on our investment portfolio.
*Collaborating with investment teams to identify and mitigate operational risks.
Required Skills and Experience:
*4-8 years of relevant experience in operational due diligence
*Strong understanding of various asset classes and investment strategies.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.  
*Self-motivated and able to work independently.
*Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
