Job Description:
I’m currently partnered with a leading wealth management firm who are seeking a dynamic leader to manage and develop their corporate client administration team! The company has offices all over the country, however for this position, the person will need to live local to Bristol.
Key Responsibilities:
*Lead and motivate the administration team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
*Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and maintain operational excellence.
*Drive process improvements and oversee accurate client and financial administration.
*Build trusted relationships with clients, advisers, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
*Experienced in corporate benefits administration, particularly in group risk and healthcare insurance.
*Background in financial services, team management, and compliance.
*Progress toward a Level 4 Financial Planning qualification (preferred).
*Familiarity with CRM systems like Intelligent Office (desirable).
