As a SUPERVISOR - MENSWEAR TAILORING, you will be responsible for:
*Supervising a team of tailors and ensuring high-quality work is produced
*Managing the day-to-day operations of the tailoring department
*Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
*Training and developing staff members to improve their skills
*Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed
*Ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures
The ideal candidate for this role should have:
*Previous experience in a supervisory role in menswear tailoring
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*A strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
*The ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks
*A passion for fashion and knowledge of current trends in menswear
