Float Team Assistant - Trading Floor

Hourly rate £20.00p/h
8am - 5.00pm

Banking and Financial Experience is essential 

Responsibilities:

*Extensive calendar management for large teams including MD & Partner level
*Coordinating and scheduling of meetings and calls
*Managing high volume of phone calls and emails and relaying information in a timely manner
*Coordinating room bookings for internal/external meetings, Zooms and VCs across multiple locations
*Coordinating travel arrangements for the team, including visa applications, international flight, accommodation and car bookings
*Implementing divisional policies and providing guidance to their team
*Expense management and preparation
*Taking on ad hoc tasks while maintaining workflow
*Supporting teams in day-to-day issues, needs and queries
*Providing phone/holiday coverage for colleagues


Individual will have:

*Experience of competing priorities
*Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
*Able to prioritise a variety of time-sensitive tasks
*Demonstrates dependability and high attention to detail along with the ability to multi-task
*Displays a consistent, professional degree of communication skills in person, on phone and by e-mail to Senior Level Executives
*Comfortable working with people at all organisational levels, internally and externally
*Must be a team player that works well under pressure within a changing environment
*Flexible and adaptable to work and support across multiple teams
*Be resourceful and able to use own initiative in solving issues
*Proactive attitude when managing diaries and workload
*Discretion to deal with confidential business matters
*Positive and approachable demeanour with a “can do, muck in” attitude
*Experience working with large teams in a highly demanding environment is desirable
