Sous Chef – Contract Caterer  
£35k + benefits  
Monday to Friday, weekly rotation 7am – 3pm & 11am – 7pm + 1 weekend in 4

Award winning contract caterer are looking to strengthen their kitchen brigade with an experienced Sous Chef.  
The successful Sous Chef will be responsible for; 
*Managing all stations of the kitchen ensuring that all hot & cold foods produced are to the companies high standards
*Training junior members of the brigade mentoring on cooking practices & food safety
*Managing stock levels
*Support back office functions were needed
*Completing admin functions where needed
*Working the companies hours; Monday to Friday, weekly rotation 7am – 3pm & 11am – 7pm + 1 weekend in 4
