Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate professional to join their expanding sustainability team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of high-profile projects across diverse sectors, including workplace, healthcare, education, heritage, sport, leisure, and residential. The role offers a collaborative and dynamic work environment where you will contribute to meaningful projects that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
*Developing and delivering net-zero carbon strategies and assessments (covering both operational and embodied carbon)
*Leading material lifecycle assessments, including embodied carbon analysis
*Conducting circularity assessments and providing environmental consultancy services
*Managing sustainability assessments for frameworks like BREEAM, LEED, Ska, and the WELL Building Standard
*Leading post-occupancy evaluations to improve building performance
*Overseeing environmental management systems
*Delivering NABERS assessments
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
*Solid experience in sustainability consultancy within the built environment
*Proven expertise in delivering BREEAM assessments
*Strong knowledge of UK environmental legislation and its application to development projects
*Experience in delivering assessments under LEED, Ska, or WELL Building Standard
*Proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders
*Excellent written and spoken English, with experience in producing technical reports
*Experience using lifecycle assessment tools like OneClick LCA
*Experience with circularity assessments and consultancy
