If you have previous experience as a Move Manager, Removals/Storage or Logistics professional, or understand the nature of providing a luxury customer experience to high end individuals then this could be the role for you!
Job Title: Move Manager
Role Type: Permanent
Salary: 32k to 38k
Location: North West London
Hours: Monday - Friday (Hybrid working)
Key Responsibilities
*Coordinating domestic and International moves on behalf of high-net-worth individuals and private clients.
*Providing a first-class/luxury service to all customers through accurate recording of information and prompt communication.
*Effectively managing customer complaints, always ensuring a professional approach.
*Consistently reviewing your approach, working to obtain exceptional customer reviews.
*Liaising with the warehouse team, shippers and agents to coordinate shipping routes.
*Prioritising and effectively planning your time, ensuring that all tasks are monitored until moving completion.
*Updating clients on their shipping details and assisting with any further enquiries.
*Ensuring completed contracts, payments and account checks are received and recorded.
*Accurately preparing all necessary export and import documentation.
*Booking and managing storage, organising inspections and extractions.
*Liaising with external third-party services for additional support when required.
*Working closely with key internal stakeholders including operations, sales and customs.
Desirable
*Previous experience within Move Management, Removals, Storage solutions or high-end client management
*Exceptional problem solving and customer skills
*Understanding of the Logistics, Fine Art, Customs or Transport sectors
*Experience in coordinating luxury goods or services.
*Proactive and solution driven nature
*Communication Skills
