Retirement Living Officer
Wakefield/ Leeds/ Bradford
6 month FTC
Full Time- 35 hrs pw
£32,600 + £2,000 car user allowance
I am currently recruiting for a housing association that requires a Retirement Living Officer to oversee their Extra Care Schemes in Leeds and Wakefield. The role is initially offered on a 6month FTC with a view to extend.
Responsibilities of the Retirement Living Officer includes:
*Working across extra care schemes, supporting those aged 55 +
*Encouraging independent living
*Managing income collection processes
*Ensuring compliance with tenancy checks
*Investigating reports of ASB
*Managing the lettings and nominations process
*Meeting void targets
*Completing communal inspections
*Carrying out health and safety checks
Requirements of the Retirement Living Officer includes:
*Enhanced DBS check
*UK driving license and access to own vehicle
