The Role:
We are looking for a skilled Brand & Campaign Manager to take our brand to the next level. This is a unique opportunity to lead high-impact campaigns across channels, drive brand awareness, and work closely with cross-functional teams. If you have strategic vision, creativity, and experience in brand management, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and manage an integrated brand platform across various marketing channels.
*Lead initiatives like new product launches and media partnerships.
*Plan and execute campaigns that resonate with target audiences across ATL and digital channels.
*Collaborate with product development, commercial, and legal teams to align brand propositions.
*Optimise and measure campaign success, adjusting strategies as needed.
*Partner with external agencies to create and implement effective media plans.
*Drive customer growth and enhance brand metrics through targeted marketing.
*Report on campaign effectiveness and ROI, using insights to refine future strategies.
Location: Based in Nuneaton, this is a hybrid role with a requirement to be in the office 2- days per week.
The Person:
*Significant experience in brand & campaign management, ideally in retail.
*Expertise in media planning, performance analysis, and budget management.
*Strong project management skills for handling multiple campaigns efficiently.
*Effective communicator with cross-functional leadership experience.
*Analytical and detail-oriented, ensuring campaigns meet high standards.
*Familiarity with health, wellness, or retail sectors is a plus.
*Proven ability to drive brand health metrics and achieve customer growth targets.
