JOB- Quality Manager (Medical - ISO 13485)
LOCATION- Welywyn Garden City
TERM- Permanent
SALARY- £50,000 to £70,000 per annum (plus benefits)

Premier Engineering is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our client’s R&D team in Welwyn Garden City. Our client is a well-established company in the pharmaceutical sector, and they are looking for a dedicated professional to lead their quality assurance and control processes.

The Quality Manager will ideally have the following attributes:
*Proven experience as a Quality Manager within the medical/ pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
*Relevant qualifications in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (BEng, HND, CQI, etc.)
*Strong understanding of quality standards and regulations (ISO 13485, etc.)
*Excellent leadership and team management skills
*Proficiency with quality management systems and tools
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
*High attention to detail and organizational skills
The Quality Manager role will involve:
*Leading and managing the quality assurance and control processes across the manufacturing site
*Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards
*Conducting audits, inspections, and quality reviews to identify areas for improvement
*Collaborating with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues
*Managing non-conformance reports (NCRs) and driving corrective and preventive actions
*Providing training and support to staff on quality standards and procedures
*Preparing quality reports and presenting findings to senior management
*Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality standards
