Accounts Administrator *Annual Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (dependent on experience)

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Accounts Administrator to join our team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering high-quality financial support.
Day-to-day of the role: *Assist with accounts payable tasks such as processing invoices, creating BACS runs, and addressing purchase ledger payment due diligence and queries.
*Reconcile petty cash and credit cards, posting entries into the accounting software.
*Respond to email enquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data entry skills.
*High degree of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
*Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
*A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
*Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to strict deadlines.
*No formal accounting qualifications required.
