*Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
*Participate in the development of role profiles.
*Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documents.
*Support the HR team in any other tasks as required.
*Participate in HR projects as needed.
*Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals.
*Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

A successful Job Analyst should have:
*Proven knowledge of HR practices and principles.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
*Strong organisational and planning skills.
