TwenryAI are helping a Investment Bank who are seeking a skilled Release Management Analyst to help design, develop, and enhance critical system components that support regulatory reporting and operational needs. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with a focus on managing release cycles and driving innovation in application frameworks.
What You’ll Do:
*Contribute to key projects within the technology domain, focusing on DevOps practices and automation.
*Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions for system enhancements and upgrades.
*Analyze and address technical challenges, identifying efficient and effective solutions.
*Manage infrastructure upgrades and resolve vulnerabilities while adhering to compliance requirements.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve technical objectives and resolve complex issues.
*Lead Change Management efforts for regulatory technology initiatives, acting as the main point of contact.
What We’re Looking For:
Must-Have Skills:
*3+ years of experience in Software Engineering or a related technical field.
*2+ years of experience managing applications on Unix-based systems.
*Proficiency in bash/shell scripting for automation (2+ years).
*Hands-on experience with deployment tools such as UCD or Harness (2+ years).
*Strong understanding of Core Java development (1+ year).
*Familiarity with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) (1+ year).
*Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL (1+ year).
Preferred Skills:
*Expertise in designing and developing client-server applications.
*Awareness of application security vulnerabilities (e.g., SAST, DAST, SCA).
*Exposure to infrastructure tools like MQ Series, Solace, Oracle Coherence Cache, MSSQL, or MongoDB.
*Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and JIRA.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
*Experience in release management, including sprint planning and QA/UAT tracking.
