We are seeking an accomplished Reward Manager to compensation activities and lead on key reward projects. Reporting to the Senior Reward Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting compensation activities on a large global scale.
The Role As a key member of the Reward team, you will have the opportunity to shape and execute the global reward strategy. In this dynamic role, you will:
*Deliver Global Reward Strategy: Support the implementation of overarching reward initiatives across regions.
*Lead Reward Projects: Take ownership of reward projects, from global annual review cycles to pay gap reporting.
*Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive reward projects to successful outcomes.
*Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
*Strategic Alignment: Play an integral role in aligning reward strategies with broader business objectives.
About You To succeed, you should possess:
*Technical Expertise: Advanced Excel skills and comprehensive experience in compensation management, including job levelling, bonus frameworks, and annual review processes.
*Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage multiple reward projects within a large professional services or corporate environment.
*Analytical Acumen: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans.
*Communication Skills: Adept at presenting complex reward data and building relationships across all levels.
*Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
*Organisational Prowess: Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
*GDPR Awareness: High-level understanding of data governance and GDPR requirements.
*Leadership Experience: Previous team management experience is advantageous.
*Sector Insight: Experience within the legal or professional services sector is beneficial.
