Job Description:
Our client is hiring a Sales Executive to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading independent supplier of scientific products in the United Kingdom, known for its excellent customer service and strong supplier partnerships.
The Role: As an office-based Sales Executive, you will be responsible for increasing sales by developing existing accounts and finding new business opportunities. You will offer a broad range of products from well-known laboratory manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
*Maintain and grow customer sales via telephone, email, and direct contact.
*Increase sales from a wide and diverse range of laboratories in different market sectors.
*Identify potential new customers and markets.
*Source products to meet customer requirements.
*Maintain good record management.
*Keep up to date with current trends in the marketplace.
Ideal Candidate:
*Tele-marketing experience.
*Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship development skills.
*Good telephone manner.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office.
*Some scientific knowledge would be helpful but not essential.
Salary & Benefits:
*Circa £30,000 with an uncapped bonus (if target exceeded), paid quarterly.
*Use of a company pool car as necessary.
*Laptop and mobile phone.
*20 days holiday (plus bank holidays).
*Workplace Pension Scheme (registered with NEST).
