Are you a great communicator with a fun personality and the ability to connect with young people and staff? Our client is looking for an efficient, hard working Assistant Caretaker to has the ability to carry out a full range of maintenance tasks.
Your role will consist of the following:
*Assist with the management of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
*Carry out routine maintenance tasks e.g. changing fuses and minor repairs
*Ensure the grounds are safe, clean and tidy.
*Assisting with ’Goods Inwards’ deliveries
*Capture data and CCTV images for security purposes.
Skills required:
*An affinity with young people and appreciation of the challenges and behaviour associated.
*Knowledge of CCTV, Fire Alarm and Intruder Alarm systems ideal
*Hold a full driving licence
*Positive ’can do attitude’, reliable and punctual
*Physical ability to carry out manual handling tasks
