*Do you enjoy leadership, coaching and developing direct reports to enhance service delivery and performance?
*Looking for an opportunity that will allow you to influence change, adapting processes, procedures across the full end to end payroll lifecycle, as well as wider business needs around pay, data and reporting?

Based in Swindon, this organisation is passionate about the communities it serves, with people, equality and the environment at the forefront. Going through huge, organisational change and transformation, you’ll have the opportunity here to gain a wide breadth of exposure to differing projects and really make a positive impact as to the future ways of working.
The Role
This role will be accountable for;
*The day to day management of the payroll function
*Ensuring operational performance and continuous process improvement to streamline and digitalise services
*Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
*Point of escalation for any issues
*Create a strong team culture of engagement, transparency and authenticity
