Job Description:
Do you have B2B sales or recruitment experience and looking for a higher earning potential. Do you want to work to have a role which is 100% client focused? We are recruiting on behalf of a NHS staffing business created to solve the Doctor Staffing crisis. Since founding, the company has saved the NHS millions of pounds by supplying international doctors to fill vacancies, rather than relying on expensive locums. In this role you will be at the forefront of this mission.
The Role:
*You will be selling the NHS Trusts and Foundation trusts the companies perm recruitment solution, and then passing the jobs picked up to the delivery team.
*You will present how this same solution will save the trust thousands of pounds!
*Client meetings will form a big part of the role , as you travel the country meeting key stakeholders
*Interact with local and international delivery teams to understand candidate flows
*Account development and management of existing customers, including "land and expand"
