Job Description:
Are you an experienced Electrician looking for a new role in building services?
Join my clients dynamic team at a leading Facilities Management company, on a large static site.
*£35,000 + overtime
*Static, large critical site in Sutton in Ashfield
*Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week.
Responsibilities:
*Electrical - Lighting
*PPm’s
*Reactive maintenance
*Control panel
*Power distribution
*Generators
*Emergency lighting
*Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
*BMS System
*UPS Systems
*Plant Rooms
Requirements:
*NVQ / C&G Level 3 in electrical installation and/or Level 3 electrical apprenticeship
*18th edition
*Experience in building maintenance
