Job Description:
Customer Service Administrator
Do you have solid freight forwarding experience and now looking for a new role. Are you looking to join a rapidly expanding company in which you will have every opportunity to progress If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
The Role:
You will be responsible for managing the customer documentation, so this matches and customs clearance when required. Communicating with client and suppliers, imputing data, internal deadlines to ensure 100% compliance, Building and maintaining good working relationships with internal and external clients and being proactive plus other duties when required
Essential Criteria:
*Solid Freight Forwarding/ Shipping experience
*Experience in Operations and Logistics
*Experience working in a team-oriented environment.
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to work under pressure.

Salary & Benefits:
For this position, our client is looking to pay a salary up too around £30k depending on experience, pension scheme and 25 days leave plus free parking.
