Job Description:
School Administrator - Immediate Start
We are seeking a School Administrator to join our team on a temporary, full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with administrative experience, ideally within a school setting. Experience with SIMS (School Information Management System) is highly desirable.
Key Details: *Start Date: Immediate
*Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
*Pay: £13-£15 per hour (dependent on experience)
*Contract: Temporary
Role Responsibilities: *Providing administrative support to the school office and leadership team.
*Managing and maintaining accurate records using SIMS.
*Handling correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism.
*Assisting with student attendance and other routine school operations.
*Ensuring compliance with school policies and safeguarding procedures.
What We’re Looking For: *Strong administrative experience, preferably within a school environment.
*Proficiency in SIMS is a significant advantage.
*Excellent organizational and communication skills.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
*Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and safeguarding.
